Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants
The Integrative Pain Science Institute is recognized by the New York State Education Department, State Board of Physical Therapy, as an approved provider of physical therapist & physical therapist assistant continuing education. All IPSI courses are approved for CEUs in New York state as well as more than 30 other states through reciprocity (see below for list of states).
We know that CEU accreditation is very valuable, as most employers require state CEU approval for reimbursement. The Institute is an inclusive provider of training and continuing education. All health, wellness, and fitness providers are welcome.

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
In addition, some states do not perform verification of continuing education material which means they do not approve courses for CEU credit and usually accept any material. Please check with your state physical therapy association or state PT board for more details.
Psychologists & Mental Health Providers
The Integrative Pain Science Institute is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Integrative Pain Science Institute maintains responsibility for this program and its content.
National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching
The Integrative Pain Science Institute is recognized by the
National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching as an approved continuing education provider.
Our courses qualify for the noted amount of contact hours of instructional content as required by many national, state and local licensing boards and professional organizations. Save your course certificate of completion, and contact your board or organization for specific requirements.
