Serves 4-6
Time to prepare: 5 minutes plus time to freeze
Ingredients:
1 small, very ripe honeydew melon
1 small handful fresh mint
Method:
Scoop honeydew melon into a blender. Add fresh mint. Blend. Pour into a bowl and freeze.
